That piece is just begging for a nice ceramic coating.

Very nice work. If I ever have my manifold off I'd like to do the same.

Hey, I bought my MSM near Asheville (Hendersonville).

If anybody wants to port their exhaust manifold I would recommend using oil or penetrating oil on all the exhaust nut & bolt threads & if there is any rust on any threads use naval jelly or similar anti rust product to remove the rust first so the threads do not strip.

Nice vid. Thanks.

That's bound to help the exhaust flow.
The only thing I would do different is your treatment of the cast iron. It's gonna rust almost immediately. At the least I'd have given it a coat of hi-temp paint. But that's just a personal thing.

Nice work!

If it begins to rust a little I will give it a quick tuch up polish every once in a while or put the polished heat sheild on.

Just joined the forum, any update on how that manifold worked out? I want an improved mani and have considered trying my luck with the cheap ebay ones despite all the problems other msm's have had with them! Let me know, i'm interested in having a go at a mani with my dremel if its worth it!

Well that's a nice price if the car has a clean title and is in good shape.
