Yes it do. So maybe it wouldn't be much worse. I bet it made a big difference with the blowby though, huh?

 

Well, the purpose of the vent is to uh vent the blowby.

I'm at 20 psi right now. I might bump it up some after some cams, an intake manifold and WI kit. Also considering running E85.

In the mean time, I'm waiting to see if a 1.8 or FE3 comes up before I make anymore big purchases. I would like a little more flow.
