ok now that I see the miata out handles my cougar with sport suspension, I think Ill keep stock suspension and brakes I'm going to get the harddog M2 and the door bar but now Im thinking of turbo setup what else should I upgrade for have 200hp to 250hp with turbo.

Before turbo you need a stronger clutch. You also need an ECU, wideband O2, and larger injectors. After you get your car running right on ECU and larger injectors you could go turbo. A good ECU is the MSPNP.
