What is cheap?


Tons of room though, I could have used that last year.

 

I would say cheap is dependent up on state and city. Shop type buildings are going for 800-1000 a month for a 30x40 and office and store type space is going for 3500 a month for a small 20x 30

 

I was hoping you would say five Hun, not thirty five Hun. If you are making cash from repairs on other peoples cars then i guess its worth it.

You could just do what Alex does. Rent a storage unit and fix your car there.. lol.

 

oh we got ours well within reason 350 a month plus we have a 40 by a 150 fenced off area with it

 

See, at 350 I'm even jelly for it!

Damn, that is hella worth it IMO. Heck you could store a car or 3 there and cover your costs and still have room.

 

we have been able to get the miata in the building and there is enough room to get one more plus a 16 ft trailer
There are some racks in it and they way they are built are a problem
Once we get them redone then we will have a little more room
Have not started any repairs yet as I have the trailer with a piano on it in the way
