i can see how it could be beneficial/practical for drifting but in this case it looks to be for the purposes of "stance".

i would think the tire would roll its way of the rim if you put it in a turn hard.

I don't know much about drifting, but they usually want zero camber. There is no way he is getting zero camber.

They do sometimes.
Excessive tire ware + the chance of rolling a tire off the wheel + looking retarded. People never cease to amaze with how stupid the trends they create are.
