I can't wait to see how she does.

I was scheduled for 2PM then changed to 3PM. They had a stock car on the dyno and I was in line after them. I waited and waited and they ended up taking all the time. :( I spoke with the owner and I am scheduled for Friday morning.

That's shady man. Your time is as much money as the dyno. That's pretty poor business to do that. You have a hell of a lot more patience and grace than I do.

Yeah, it happens. It was a schedule misunderstanding. The other car was a sponsored stock car and apparently they do a lot of business with the shop. It broke down on the dyno and they went to get parts. It sat there for a while until they returned. :sad2:

Maybe I'm jaded by the large deals I work with, but customer service is important no matter how big you are. Your time was wasted and in my opinion the tuner if they have any clue about customer retention, would attempt to make it right with you.

How do they do that? ---- if my drunk ass knows, but some quick thoughts would be a reduced cost for the next tune or free ---- or something. Just saying, well ... they are race car and you know that's important blah blah blah you are not important you little miata bitch is some bullshit.

Are they the only dyno in town?

They show poor business sense in not realizing the little man sells more than the stock car. Unless sponsored the stock car wont say dick about them. Where you, had you experienced a good event, would sell it to the world (in general, maybe you are shy).

I understand what you mean, and I did mention that I took time off for the appointment and made the drive to get there. He told me he would work with me on tuning it and make a price. They put my mind at ease and I know they will make it all good in the end.

Glad they did say they will make it up to you. I'll end my rant then. :)

The shop owner gave me a deal for the tune and I also got a free wheel alignment too. :) I made 315WHP and 251TQ at 12 PSI (179kPa) on a Mustang dyno.
He tuned my fuel map and also tweaked my ignition map. He did an awesome job!

Video to come soon!

WOW, maybe that's why she popped. You were running a lot more HP then you thought eh?

That's awesome what the tuner did BTW.
