ok so i bought it
this bad boy right here
http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/d...kit-p-384.html
as well as a gm fast reacting intake air temp sensor kit
as you may suspect i took advantage of the recent facebook deal

I have a few initial questions and will likely have more later.

I should probably mention that I am installing this on a stock 1990 1.6 with no mods except of course i will be removing the afm. I am in the process of piecing together a budget turbo kit for the 1.6 since I came across a deal on a td04 and mani. In addition to the ait i will of course be hooking up a wideband 02 before the turbo install. Later on I will be adding a knock sensor http://www.viatrack.ca/ . I am setting up a budget 5-6 psi system on the 1.6 as a learning experience while I save up for a s3 or s4 for my complete 16k miles 1.8 drivetrain sitting in the corner of my garage.

1. The connector board where the wiring harness plugs in at, I cant find and info on how to jumper the wires. Is this just gonna be something where I familiarize myself with the board by assembling it then use the diagrams from my haynes to figure out what wires go where? Or has someone posted somewhere how to jumper the connector to the main board?

2. I know i found some installation instructions somewhere and I think they were by Brain. I know that this http://www.miataturbo.net/showthread.php?t=13676 is not what it is that I am talking about. What I had found was not in forum format and I remember it saying something about removing a fuel pump fuse for the 1.6. I just spent ALOT of time searching for what I had found before and just cant find it. Can someone link me to it please?

3. I'm hoping I can load up the base maps and safely use those as is on my naturally aspirated application until I install the turbo with the wideband.

If someone can help me out and point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Thanks
Jared

That knock sensor is garbage. I'll give you my old one if you really want it.

Also are you talking about this http://www.miataturbo.net/showpost.p...01&postcount=4

There is also a PDF that I think was made by brain (I think) with the same info... You might be talking about that.
