I remember to turn the stupid camera on about 1/3 of the time. I want to get the new remote start for the go pros and put it on the dash with a big sticky reminding me to turn it on then to turn it off!

Brain, can you post up your timing map? I'd like to compare it to mine.

We removed the valves and springs from the head. I washed the head and cleaned up the exhaust ports. I smoothed the ports and removed the casting flash. I used a small Dremel wire brush to polish the surface after smoothing the exhaust ports.

The block and crankshaft was taken to the machine shop. Hopefully, I will have them back later this week.

I smoothed out the head ports and installed new valve seals and installed the valves. I had to make my own spring compressor tool. I welded a piece of angle iron to a large C-clamp to compress the valves and used a spacer on the valve end. It worked like a charm.
