Damn you guys all move fast! Want to rebuild my bottom end next? I takes me weeks to just change my oil.

Thanks for the comments. I did all the disassembly/assembly work myself aside from the machine shop stuff. The reason for the quick turnaround is that there is an upcoming race event at the end of the month that I must attend in order to keep up with points.

What you didn't say was "sure I'll rebuild yours next Sunday if you ship it to me."

Good luck getting her track ready man, but it doesn't look like you need luck.

If I say that, it would be the second engine I would build.
Thanks! I plan to recalibrate the O2 sensor and reprogram the MTX-L wideband to the standard LC-1 parameters of 0V=10:1AFR and 5V=20:1AFR

I just went out to break the engine in. I used the FM break-in method. The engine runs smooth and feels great. I disconnected the coils and cranked the engine until I got oil pressure before starting it. So far, so good. I haven't found leaks of any kind.

So far so good! I have been driving the car as my DD. No leaks and no problems. I have made some changes to my timing and fueling for safety's sake. I have also re-installed my boost controller as I can hear the forge actuator opening up at 5PSI.

The next track event is this coming weekend. So far so good. I really want to dyno it first, but it looks like it may not happen. I plan to dyno it soon. The car pull hard and idles well. There's no smoke and it has good vacuum.

I tried reprogramming the wideband output range to 0-5V, 10-20AFR to see if I can get it to match the MS in Tunerstudio, but it was always a point off in the software. I set it back to default then tweaked the lower AFR value in TS and they do match now. The default values for the MTX-L is 0-5V, 7.35-22.39AFR. I set it as 0-5V, 6-22.39AFR in TS to match.

I have the boost controller set to open at approximately 10PSI. I may have to tweak it some more and/or install a softer spring in the MBC. I am currently using the softest spring in the Forge actuator. I have the rest of the spring set ready to use if needed.
